Duplicate: 009676-26CP Overgrown vegetation - 26-00300634Heavy overgrowth of garden hedge is obstructing onto the public walkway/sidewalk. I've observed older folks with limited mobility having extreme difficulties, especially around garbage/recycling collection days!
