The retaining wall is along the stairs leading to the front door. It is about 5 feet tall and 60 years old and is beginning to crumble and rocks are falling. They contacted the owner 6-8 weeks ago. After 3 weeks he came out and restacked some rocks himself. She had a contractor come out and look at it.
