Construction at Rainier and Walden is currently underway. They have begun loud construction on Saturdays at roughly 4:45am the last several weeks. Construction is being done right outside a large apartment building and several townhomes and residences. My understanding is according to the noise code, it should not begin until 9am on a saturday.

Per online complaint: "The apartment's dumpsters are regularly overflowing, and very large quantities of garbage are blowing over onto my property and up against my house and back door. I've been picking up a 10-gal. bag of garbage that originates from their overflowing dumpsters every week, and today, piles of it."

Erosion control. Construction site has a sky crane that is dropping debris and creating a lot of dust surrounding the site. Jackhammering is also causing dust. Complainant is concerned with that the sky crane operator may drop debris on his property, causing damage. Informed complainant that potential damages are a civil issue.***Is TESC/CSC (dust control) per Permit 6184207?***
