Heat not working well in unit, 2 of 4 heaters work. Only heats up to about 58degrees. Tenant is freezing, has pets that need heat they could die. Tenant has contacted landlord several times, has had no response. Been like this for months. Water leaks from roof. Causing mold and mushrooms growing in unit
