Per Online; There has been extremely poor water runoff management at this property, which has caused significant erosion. It is clearly evident by the extreme cracks in the concrete. I've lived here 3 years and the cracks are getting huge and aren't slowing in growth.This property is directly on the edge of a steep ravine, and the danger of erosion causing a landslide here is significant. Per CSB: Vegetation overgrowing parking strip, blocking over half the bike lane, dangerously hampering visibility of crosswalk curb cut. Trees/bushes should be trimmed (or simply removed so this doesn't have to be reported every time they inevitably grow back into the right of way).
