Per online complaint "Ductless heat pump installed too close to property line. Permitted for AC but a HP is installed. Instructed Homeowner location he wanted wouldn't pass inspection. He opted to go with a less expensive contractor who chose to only pull refrigeration rather than refer and mechanical permit."
