My apartment at this address has had a recurring flea problem since January 2023. I do not have a pet that could have caused the infestation. The first time it occurred the landlord told me that I would be responsible for pest mitigation, which I know is illegal. The second time, which occurred in June 2023, they paid for a single spray treatment and refused to pay for a follow-up treatment, even though both the exterminator they hired and the CDC recommend at least one follow-up spray treatmen

The landlord is not providing or maintaining a secure space for its tenants in violation of Seattle's Security, Safety and Fire Standards. The front door to our complex has been broken off it's hinges 5 times now since I have stayed here (since Nov 2022). Currently the door is broken again (since May 25th, 2023) and been left wide open, the landlord does not have anyone coming to fix it until Tuesday (May 30th, 2023). We have had random people from the streets come into our apartment building.
