Per online: There is a tree cutting in an Environmentally Critical Area as observed on Wed Oct 12 - possibly within the street Right-Of-Way - at an apartment / condo building at 3421 23rd Ave W, Seattle. There are [4-5] garbage bins on sidewalk with cut limbs inside. The main trunk of of the coniferous tree remains.Note: Removal of limbs from 1 tree, estimated measurement of 18" DBH.
