Birds have damaged the eaves on the roof, and have accessed attic and spaces in my home. I can hear them and smell them. The HOA will not address and the owner doesn't have any authority. I want the roof repaired.

Per Online; Elevator Remodel done with sub par work. When Elevator is in opperation the floors of building vibrate. Also there is no record of inspections being complete, and no posted conveyance permit. Also modified the electrical wiring to add a security camera.

basement parking garage area has cracks in building/ when water gets in maintenance filling with some kinda of sealer that does not make me feel safe there is a serious problem with the structure of the building could be a potential hazard - need an inspection asap!

Overhang at the top of the flat roof, birds are getting in. Destroying property, feces left behind. Birds have ate their way into complainants kitchen light fixture, has dead birds in the walls. 3 nests have rotted out the eaves, that's how the birds get in. Not able to open windows because birds get in, this is ongoing, has been for like 3 years.
