PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: I believe the property is not up to the fire code. There is only one fire alarm in the entire house, the fire extinguisher is expired, and there are open electric sockets behind the sink with burn marks on them. Garbage, recycling, and yard waste overflowing from pickup site. Bags of garbage stored on a portion of property adjacent to the side fence and driveway. ***SPU referred complainant to SDCI***

Per online: This is a very full boarding house responsible for trash overflowing onto 35th Ave NE for the last five weeks. Crows and rats are everywhere. I've asked the tenants repeatedly to clean up the trash and contacted the property manager twice.
