I pay $3092 in housing costs ($3067 in rent + $25 in storage unit fee). We are provided $450 in rental concessions (3 parking spots at $150 each) We were informed our housing costs will increase to $3739, with rent going from $3067 to $3189. They're calling this a 4% increase (therefore under the 10% cap) but by charging $525 (3 spots now at $175) they are effectively raising our housing costs 22%
