During walkthrough before move in we found the refrigerator was plugged into an extension cord, yet was non-functional and filled with mold. Numerous other minor issues found with loose handles and doorknobs. Windows coated in a mold like film.

There is a roach infestation for which I submitted a maintenance request. The request after 1 month of waiting they said they would send someone out and closed the ticket. No one showed up to spray the apartment still having roaches.

management refuses to address serious sanitation concerns. i have to walk through a hallway that people use as a toilet in order to access the street. i have been very proactive with providing photographic evidence and communicating. new building management refuses to address the problem.james carrott206.351.2690jcarrott@me.com
