On Saturday, February 28th I returned home from a vacation to find a leak in my bathroom, and behind the wall of the washer and dryer. Leaks have been a continuous issue in my apartment building. I put in an Emergency Maintenance Request as I could not find the source of the leak. There has been a leak in the bathroom ceiling since we moved in back in March 2025. It has only gotten worse over the months and their maintenance crew has not been doing an adequate job looking after it. It is currently leaking in several places directly over the sink and we are beginning to worry it is affecting the structural integrity of the ceiling.

The building isn't repaired properly, if at all. There is debris in different areas that has fallen off of the roof or other areas. Exterior walls are bulging in places and the roof doesn't appear to be maintained at all. There have been roaches seen along the edges of the properties, and I know in some apartments as well.
