WEEDS--per CSB--Sidewalk is covered up and not just overgrown greens but thorny ones. It's a neighborhood and we need to use the limited sidewalk space.

PER CSB COMPLAINT: Overgrown grass and weeds are narrowing the sidewalk. This isleft without maintenance every summer. The condos above the sidewalk need to maintain so the sidewalks are useable.
