Per 6/14/16 online complaint: "I noticed this morning that most or all of the deck railings have been removed from this building. Except for ribbons warning residents to stay off of the decks there was not apparent safety measures. The building doesn't look unoccupied and I don't see any permits in the SDCI system for work." since 6/13/16
