Per CSB: Hello, I need to find out if a landlord can break a lease in order for the landlord to move back into her rental house. The Just Eviction ordinance is confusing in this situation. I called the Department of Construction and Inspection hot line. First time, the intake person said she would refer my question to one of the rental housing program staff.
