New housing is under construction at this address. There is a deep ditch around the property with no guardrail or fence blocking it. There are also many outdoor stairs between 3439 and 3441 with no hand rail as required by the ADA. There are young children and people with physical disabilities living nearby and I am concerned for their safety.
