PER ONLINE: Our recent landlord is in violation of housing code 22.206.160.A.3, by failing to exterminate a wide rat infestation inside the rental home. An formal letter was sent and an exterminator was brought in to identify all the warranted repairs needed to ensure the rats did not enter the house, but subsequently ignored. I have pictures for the record and videos, including a rat that had swam up the toilet bowl.
