Sent reminder emails on July 16, 23, and 26. Provided physical reminders, as well as a phone call reminder on July 25.

Visible mold in apartment in bedroom and kitchen, as well as 6/6 positive mold tests around the unit. Been trying to end the lease and the management company has been dragging it out for weeks. First mold remediation (late June) was done improperly--area was not sealed off.Complaints about uninhabitability and breaking the lease began in early July. Reported multiple times since then, and also made leasing office aware of mold under kitchen sink as soon as we moved in in April. They did not

Two boulders, the size of "safes" have fallen off of landscaping and onto the sidewalk adjacent to West Ruffner Street. Caller is concerned that more boulders will fall down and kill motorists and pedestrians. (He will be sending letter for us to add to the file.)
