Per online complaint "I asked homeowner if he would be willing to try some different light bulbs which I provided to reduce the glare and light trespass coming into our home. Under SMC 23.44.008-h exterior lighting shall be shielded. Please let me know if unshielded lights that are already installed are exempt."
