Starting at around 7:50am, workers from Northwest Landscape Services came to the Kaiser Permanente parking lot at approximately 322 16th Ave E and started working. They have three workers using gas powered trimmers and blowers, and the noise is significant and unlawful. This is the exact same company and location that was found in violation in Case 015603-25CP, and after talking with the workers, it's clear that Kaiser specified that they come this early on a weekend in defiance of the results
