We hear a continuous (over an hour long each time) loud, vibrational pounding noise from our upstairs neighbor. It sounds like some sort of vibrational equipment often after quiet hours (after 10 p.m.). It normally lasts at minimum an hour but sometimes longer. Both residents in our apartment cannot sleep due to the pounding noise, and it is affecting our physical state the next day due to stress and lack of sleep. The community events held in the community space for SHG continues to disturb residents who live onsite. Large groups of people often congregate for over an hour each time in front of the door to the community space which is also right below multiple residents' windows. This yelling of them back and forth can be heard inside units with the tv on and fans going. When asked to disperse or lower their voices it is always ignored. When the staff is asked if they can please ensure groups disperse it

SHA needs to address a recurring pattern of disruptions from past eve
