Hi City of Seattle,My name is Junnan Miao. I'm the home owner of 35 W Etruria St.I have a construction permit, 6905379-CN, pending issuance on removing a hold from Tenant Relocation Assistance Ordinance (TRAO). TRAO should not apply to my property. There is no tenant lives on my property other than my wife and I. The construction permit that we applied is to build a single family on the empty lot within my property lot. Would you please kindly remove the TRAO hold on my property so SDCI can
