The property management at Arrive Magnolia is violating SMC 22.206.160.A.3 by failing to maintain pest control. There is an active, severe ant infestation in my unit, and ants are crawling on us and our 4-month-old twin infants while we sleep. This is an urgent health and safety hazard.
