Excessive noise from landscaping equipment (leaf blowers) so close to the unit that it is exceeding OSHA PELs inside the living space and is potentially damaging to hearing. Additionally the fumes from such landscaping equipment are entering the home through closed windows and doors to a point where the living room smells like gasoline fumes during the day.
