Washington Elevator Service (Lic# LCEMPYREL800N6) has repeatedly begun non-emergency work before 0600 hours after being told by the property management company not to start until after 0730. Noise violations have included hammering, power tools, and in today's instance dropping what sounded like a bag of wrenches in the elevator shaft.
