Per CSB: April Forthan is reporting a pest issue with her apartment unit at 3512 S. Juneau St. Apt. 410 (Katherine's Place), under Catholic Community Services. She has a housing voucher through SHA for this location, but they stopped paying due to the issues reported by the tenant. Insect pests like ants and cockroaches are invading her unit and affected her health. She consulted with Renting in Seattle, but they were unable to assist her with the issue. Elevator not working properly, flies everywhere.the neighbor is allowed tohave several cats & dogs in her unit, creating anunhealthy environment.There is dog/cat food onthe stairs, clutter in thehallway, making it difficult to get through. Theoverall building conditionin nasty, unsafe and unkempt.
