PER PHONE COMPLAINT: JCEO violation & TRAO question.See attached Case #1041893.INSPECTOR FREEMAN determined there was an unathorized dwelling that the owner needed to (1) discontinue use or (2) establise use.The owner decided to discontine use and provided Notice to Vacate per sale of the property. Complainant stated he did not provide 90 days notice. They were on a month-to-month lease. The owner has not listed or sold the property and it has been a over a month since she and her sister moved
