online: On July 18, the front area of this duplex rent property and the right of way was paved with asphalt. The new asphalt is sloped and will add runoff directly to my property to the east. Because of poor road grading, my property already takes city runoff. This make it much worse. Please investigate. ****No permits, also forwarded to SDOT - EU****
