I received 10-14 day notice 12/05/2019. Management says I still owe $118.96 for rent. I also believe I am being overbilled for SPU charges and they still owe me $80.00 from last year. Some of my neighbors said they have not received a bill, I think I'm being charged for my neighbors utilities.
