Per complaint dated on 9/25/2006-"illegal triplex. not been repaired since i have moved in. There is tile on the front poorch and when it rains or gets wet i have slipped and fallen many times. holes in my deck that have not been fixed. leak in the roof. broken doors"

Per online complaint, dated 8/4/2004: Front porch tile is cracking and is very slippery when wet. Was previously a rotted porch for several years. Back porch has no step and the one step that it does have is rotted. Cracked window in the unit below that landlord refuses to fix without raising the rent. Deck added on second floor leaks in bedroom of first floor everytime it rains, causing mold. Overgrowth of pine trees into the chimney which is used in the winter. Landlord refuses to have trees
