Owner not making repairs: no working fridge, previous fridge's plug has melted & fused to the outlet, broken window covered with cardboard, back door unsecure because screws are stripped and lock is not secure, paint chipping on outside of house, no operating smoke detector, standing water in basement drain and tenant thinks wiring is questionable. Owner has been advised of all complaints.
