The owner of 3536 S. Brandon St. Randy Riffle is trying to stronghand the neighbors to pave the back ally clean out 30-40yrs of debris from the alley way. He has not received any permits but has stated he has a permit to clean the alley, but only has a construction permit where he states that he does not need to clear the right of way.I have attached his texts where he falsely claims he has approval, PAR and certification to remove the debris from the alley.He has refused to answer our
