"Per online complaint" This was a single family home, someone bought it and has converted it into multiple apartments without permits. They tried to make it into ELEVEN units, unsafe balcony, no supports and an outside deck right to the edge of the property line under a neighbor's window.

Per caller: "construction taking place at this address and caller did not see permits online. He sees popcorn ceiling being removed and a worker told him he quit because they were removing asbestos and wouldn't provide masks or other protection for their workers.Complainant understands that we will investigate (depending on access) for construction that requires permits. He states they are building 11 bedrooms with built in beds.
