Complaint: Noise
Opened February 20, 2014 · Updated February 21, 2014
Per online complaint: "This house is under construction. They have covered three openings for future doors/windows with Tyvek. It billows in the wind (frequently this time of year) and creates a plastic snapping/rustling noise all hours of the day. We can hear it inside our house when we are trying to sleep."
