Per Online;The construction of the 30 unit building at 355 15th AveSeattle, WA 98122keeps beginning anywhere from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.They are unloading trucks, and making a ton of noise in the middle of the night. They start constrctuion at 5:20 AM. They wake up the entire neighborhood.Yesterday, I found them in the backyard on my proptery again stealing water from the tap on the house.
