Doing construction work without a permit. Initial information is reflected as being collected but no permit was issued. Portion of the house is sunken in and they are scrambling to brace it. All occuring on the South side is what the complainant told me. They used framing to do so and this is visible from the public right-of-way by standing on the 37th Avenue South side of the street to view.
