A driveway retaining wall on the street-facing side of 356 77th St is on the verge of falling. Cinder blocks are dislodged; this may endanger the tenant's vehicle in the driveway, as well as property integrity of the uphill neighbor (354 N 77th). The out-of-state property owner has not responded to several years of prior tenant's requests to fix, nor a prospective renter's request to have fixed as part of the lease upon moving in.See permit 7042168-CN
