The garbage dumpsters in the yard have been made inaccessible for the waste service to move or access. They are placed adjacent to the alley but sinking down in to loose soil. Garbage has been piling up for over a month and the property owner has not resolved the issue even though the tenants have reported the problem. This is creating a health/wellness and pest problem for both residents and neighbors.
