Per CSB; Extreme overgrowth from the unused alley ROW (On South side of Genesee between 36th and 37th) and neighboring property have taken over the entire sidewalk and parking strip all the way to the curb, forcing pedestrians into the street and making it impossible for anyone with mobility challenges to navigate that block. Visible mold on all windows and growing up walls, floor is rotting, electrical problems and toilet is broken. When you sit on the toilet it can tip over due to floor rot not secured to the floor completely. An exterior light is broken so at night people have tripped due to not being able to see a step.
