This is a multi-point request. First, arrive magnolia has seemingly removed at least two trees from their property without filing any type of permit or public notice. The two trees in question are a western hemlock tree found in the wood chip/dirt patch found in between the southeast facing wall of B Building, and the Northwest facing wall of D building. Two significant sized trees on 26th Pl W in front of the basement entrance to D building are flagged with pink ribbon indicating plans to cut them down. These trees are large and likely provide significant structure and stability to the hillside the building is situated on top of. Additionally, these trees are habitat to a protected species of native hummingbirds who are actively nesting.

Renovations happening in the unit above mine caused a pipe to burst last month and sewage water was raining down on me in my living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment was flooded with black water. My bathtub was full of sewage water and the carpets were saturated and are still stained to this day. The ceiling in my bathroom is falling apart and ceiling in living room and kitchen is stained. Sewage was spurting out from the light fixtures in my kitchen. Management did not check in on me
