On October 12 2026 two trees were removed fro the east side of Building D or Arrive Magnolia. The address is 301 26th Place West, Seattle, 98199. We were told via email on Thursday October 8. No signage was posted. No ribbons were marked around the trees. This was the only notice given. Is there a way to see the permit? Renovations happening in the unit above mine caused a pipe to burst last month and sewage water was raining down on me in my living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment was flooded with black water. My bathtub was full of sewage water and the carpets were saturated and are still stained to this day. This is a multi-point request. First, arrive magnolia has seemingly removed at least two trees from their property without filing any type of permit or public notice. The two trees in question are a western hemlock tree found in the wood chip/dirt patch found in between the southeast facing wall of B Building, and the Northwest facing wall of D building.
