Per online: - 18 unrelated people there - Substandard rental housing conditions - Illegal units like basement living room converted in bunkbed units. -The entire house is filled with bunked bedsNote: Caller is a former tenant. Most residents are AirBNB customers, but rental agreements include vacation, short and long term. There are essentially three units in house.

Lights flicker intermittently in every room - can last for several minutes. The owner has promised to get an electrician to look at this for the last six months - tenant tired of waiting.
