ADU? without a permit. Operating short term vacation type rental operation out of a single family family home with an entire separte dwelling unit in the basement (kitchen and bathroom). See attached printout from internet site/advertisement.***Note: Diane C. Davis wrote a decision re a similar issue & a copy is with a complaint taken earlier this week regarding a house in Wallingford also connected with Sea to Sky Rentals (the operator associated with this property)***
