Per CSB: Customer wishes to remain anonymous at this time. Fears retaliation from landlord. Customer is one of several tenants at this address. For 2-3 months a water and sewer bill that was usually between $85-$95 surged to around $250. The owner has since acknowledged major plumbing leaks that were no fault of tenants.
