PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: This multi-family building has multiple large overgrowths onto the northern sidewalk on 36th ave N. The sidewalk is largely impassible at the moment, with a well worn path established on the planting strip where countless people have walked around the mass of thorny overgrowth.
