Insepctor note: I will pass that along to my day crew. I wanted to let you know that when I arrived about 1:40am the pumps were running full blast. I took a reading while it was running and afterwards. During the pumps running I measured 72dBA and afterwards I measured 43dBA. That is more than enough for us to take the next step in enforcement of the noise code.

Shed on north end of lot in rear yard has several noisy (water?) pipes that run 24/7 in intervals. OK to contact complainant to request use of his property to conduct inspection.
