Per ERTS: Homeowner has installed over 150 creosoted railroad ties in an permitted retaining wall project in an zoned Environmental Critical Area in his backyard. Many of the ties are actively oozing creosote and there is a foul odor throughout the neighborhood. He has been notified that this is an illegal use of creosoted timbers by multiple neighbors before, during and after the installation
