Per Online; Syringe found in stairwell.We have two open air stairwells in our building, on the second landing on the left side (north side), there is a bloody syringe jammed into the wall about head height.

dryer not vented outside (creating mold inside the apartment) tenant wipes mold down weekly. The neighbors on both sides have dryers that are vented outside. The tenant has asked the landlord/owner about the issue and they told her it was fine.
