PER ONLINE:the house we live in currently has no heat. The part that controls the heating system was removed and even turning the heat on at the breaker does not result in heat , only air, when it even works at all. This has been the case since Oct 1st 2018. Also, the toilet is broken. The valve that controls water flow into the toilet has to be kept off because it leaks and floods the floor. We have to flush by pouring water into the toilet. This has been the case since

JCEO, landlord is unknown/unavailable. Was dealing with Alan Lian, but he told tenant he is no longer the landlord. Says Alan tried to evict with police present and he has filed numerous complaints with police and neighbors about tenants. Tenant reports problems with plumbing, appliances, flood damaged floors, no heat control and no keys for any doors
