Per online complaint "This house is on the corner of 37th ave ne and ne 65th st. They have allowed their hedges to overgrow and they are now causing the sidewalk to be inaccessible. An elderly or wheel chair bound individual would not be able to pass this overgrowth and would need to enter in to the street get around."
